Just by the lake, for affordable price. We had our privacy, basicly didn't hear our neighbours with windows closed. We had a place to talk and play cards in the evening. Very easy to travel by train or boat, there are shops and restaurants near by.

Boasting a private beach area and views of lake, Camping Eden Glamping is a recently renovated campground situated in Dormelletto, 36 km from Monastero di Torba. We only stayed 3 nights with 3 kids before heading to the dolomites but we wouldn't have mind staying longer. Mobile home was well equipped, It is easy to park, nice activities for the kids (playground, football pitch, mini club) People who work there are very very very nice, friendly, helpful and authentic. The food from the restaurant is also really good, from breakfast to dinner.

I loved Everything, Mr Antonio was amazing our flight delayed he waited for us till 10.50pm and had the pizzeria open for us to eat before going to bed as we were coming from far. He always checked on us. I fully recommend this Camping and will be definitely coming back

Lakeview Cannobio Camping & Resort offers self-catering apartments and mobile homes right on the shore of Lake Maggiore. It includes a free private beach with deckchairs and free parking. Definitely worth it as although the campsite itself is not large since it is on the side of the mountain and split in various levels, the view of the lake and the mountains is spectacular and the private beach great!

The staff was super friendly, I loved the view from the bungalow. It was peaceful and perfect for a solo travel to relax and visit Baveno and the Borromeo islands.

Surrounded by a park, Campeggio Smeraldo is located at the shore of Lake Maggiore in Dormelletto, 5 km from Arona. It features a seasonal outdoor pool and a private beach area. Super nice site, with a lovely beach with clear water. My child loved the place and it is very child friendly. It is a good idea to bring bathing shoes since there are a lot of stones on the beach.
