They stole my shirt
They stole my shirt
The worst insult that can befall a hotel that is supposed to be five stars is for a customer to lose his belongings while staying in the hotel or forget an item they have and when he asks about it they tell him that it does not exist!!!
This is what happened to me, as I forgot a shirt of material and moral value to me in my room. When I called them, they said that they did not find anything, even though I am a million times certain that I forgot it there. Unfortunately, with this you are harming the reputation of tourism in a beautiful country like Morocco

A wonderful city, beautifully situated on the shore of the ocean. Very friendly people. It's worth taking a ride around the city on a small, open-air train and taking a cable car to the top of the mountain. There are many attractions to see, it's worth coming here, I highly recommend it.

There are many attractions around the town, especially for kids. Taxis are quite cheap, but we didn’t manage to find anyone with kids car seats. We had to hold our toddler on our lap all the time. In many places there are fair and fixed prices, however in the shops near the hotel most of the things are fake, shop workers lie about the prices and the quality of the products. For example, I was told that the earrings I like were 18k gold, and that there is no stamp on them not to ruin the gold. When I said that they don’t weigh or look like gold, he admitted that it was stainless steal, but that they “look just like gold and won’t change colour”. The taxi drivers are mostly helpful and tell you the price straight away. We were able to get to the best places based on their recommendation, since many places take advantage of the tourists.

We found Agadir to be a bit crazy for us.
We found Agadir to be a bit crazy for us. The traffic is insane. We admit to not being wildly adventurous and for that reason we can only comment on what we found in Agadir city and Marina, it was very dirty! The Marina area is recommended by lots of websites but we found it to be run-down and dirty. The streets are also dirty, it wasn’t pleasant. Visit Marjan for your food requirements, all smaller supermarkets will rip you off. You must haggle with the taxi drivers and in the Souk!
Apparently we were the first guests at the recently renovated hotel which sits on the beach in central Agadir.
It's is simply one of the best hotels we have stayed in beautiful, pools, gardens etc. we have tried both onsite restaurants Moroccan and Italian both excellent ... we were the only diners so the staff and service were amazing. The breakfast buffet in the morning was again, extraordinarily good with a waffle station, omelette station, local Moroccan bread and everything you would expect from a five star hotel really really good.
Location of the hotel, served food, activities, modern room with huge bed and spacious bathroom, a lot of green area to walk inside the hotel, nice swimming pool and bar with plenty of free drinks for all inclusive option. Hotel is organizing trips to some places and that is very handy. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served for great amount of time and also there was a snack bar beside swimming pool, so basically access to food was provided for all day long. Staff was very helpful, nice and always happy to help or provide assistance.
the waiters, chefs, cooks, barmen, and kitchen staff were all very nice and helpful. 5 stars for them. Food was wonderful, and I love their omelettes and crepes. Also the animations team/ entertainment team were fantastic and super enthusiastic!! The hotel does look very pretty and it has a nice pool. The cleaners were also very helpful. And the garden looks beautiful and well kept. A lot of cute cats and kittens hangout there. Lastly, the bedroom looks very well for a 3 star hotel.
Everything. impressive lobby area the pictures don’t do it justice. great outdoor pool area again much better than pictures. rooms lovely modern and clean. location great next to beach. free kids club and pool towels. good range for breakfast. friendly staff. nicest hotel I have stayed in Morocco in more than 10 trips over the years. I have stayed in much worse 5*s at more than double the price, very good value and I have booked again for May/22.
Host was amazing she made us one of the best tagines we have had delivered to our apartment! The balcony has a great view of the beach but it is shared with neighbour, there was sometimes loud music but I think this is to be expected in Morocco. The main bed was very comfy, the other beds very hard. There was everything we needed there and we felt very at home and happy. A proper lovely little Moroccan experience and would definitely come back.
We stayed as a family (2 adults and 1 ten years child). The hotel is tremendous. very big swimming pool and water slide for kids. It has direct seabeach access. The best part of staying in is its awesome breakfast with over 50/60 items. Very large open lounge area. The hotel looks very posh. The hotel is clean everywhere. They even arrange to watch the World Cup football final on the big screen. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The place is very nice and a lot bigger than we expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the birthday package I booked for my wife was lovely. Hotel itself is so close to the beach and local shops, making it a perfect location for those who don't drive and don't want to spend a fortune on taxis. Tour guide set up in the lobby for those looking for any activities to do was a nice touch.
Staff were fabulous - very helpful, kind and friendly. Hotel is in a good location in the tourist area near lots of restaurants and not far from the beach. The hotel also offers lots of activities and tours from the hotel itself. Didn't go into the pool but it looked clean. Room was clean, spacious and had fantastic facilities. Police/security always near the entrance felt very safe
Very nice spacious hotel apartment, staff are very friendly & helpful, location is great as there’s plenty restaurants, fastfoods & shops within 1-2 minutes walk, closest beach is about 10-15min walk.
Would definitely stay here again, it’s alot cheaper & better then all inclusive fancy hotels!
Thankyou to everyone at Zephyr for looking after us.
Was very close to beach. We enjoyed it very much. Very clean and neat. Would love to stay there again. More laid back vibe. Made my 1st trip to Morocco awesome. I already miss my coffees at cafe everyday. I will recommend highly. I just loved my beside lamp and tried to find one to take home. It actually felt like a second home to me.
The hosts were absolutely lovely, helpful and accommodating. Dinner was the best I had during my weeklong stay in Morocco. The place felt like an oasis, tranquil and safe and is well located and easy to find. The furnishings were simple, comfortable and felt like staying in someone’s home rather than a sterile hotel.
the staff are all amazing. the hotel is well laid out, the food is so healthy and cooked on the spot in front of you. it was not oily food and so so healthy. they cant do enough to help you, but they also keep the culture of morocco in the hotel which is really nice. it keeps its identity.
If you like to experience what it’s really like in Morocco then you must come here the staff are the best I’ve ever had very helpful He went out of his way to do anything for you And when he says that he will pick you up from the airport it’s best to go with him to the hotel
I wanted a "quiet" room with a beach view (thank goodness, because the music around the pool would have been very annoying during the daytime. The roar of the surf was very loud, even with the sliding doors closed, but the unusual weather was hardly the hotel's fault.
Hotel Anezi bar staff was very nice, pools and garden were nicely kept. Location was ok but up the hill from the beach ( about 123 steps). Views from our room and the restaurant were stunning. Best price per night, so worth staying for a short visit.
All inclusive. Sunbeds right on the pool. Great service. Lovely decoration. Free upgrade to our seaview room. Loads cats wandering around the hotel grounds and looked after by the hotel. Can't fault anything.wish we could stay longer!!
the property was close to the beach and shops, staff were okay and didn't bother us, we only did bed and breakfast and that was the best decision as we never make use of the all inclusive as we always go out and visit the location
My best experience as a guest during entire Morocco trip! Wonderful localization close to the beach, tasty breakfasts on the cosy rooftop and Walid's great hospitality! Thank you for pleasant stay!
Everything was fantastic. Spent the last two days of our month long trip in Morocco at Tikida Golf Palace and was a perfectly luxurious treat for us. Couldn’t have felt more spoilt.
beautiful hotel, very spacious, clean, large heated pool area and a great all inclusive buffets. Situated beside the promenade, great for a stroll along the beach.
