The property was exceptional. It had everything. The design and the detail were wonderful. The food was very good. The breakfast was a real treat. Try the prosciutto and cheese omelet so light and fluffy and good. The black pork tenderloin with mushrooms and asparagus was excellent as well at dinner. We were on the third floor overlooking the pool up high with a beautiful view of the rooftops and distant hills, the location is amazing. Having parking just down the hill was a bonus. The staff were young and all very helpful and excellent at their jobs. They had been well trained.

Vi vill även verkligen rekommendera 9 rätters menyn på restaurangen, maten och miljön var helt enastående. Helt enkelt en perfekt vistelse där man får känna sig helt omhändertagen.

Many options os sweet and savory including 4 types of milk!!!! (Almond Milk, Skimmed Milk, "Normal" Milk and Lactose Free Milk); - The hotel opened June 2022, so everything is pretty new. I loved the decoration (like I would like to have it in my house, type of decoration)) - Room - The room was pretty spacious, even for 3 people in one room, so for 2 people, they will have more than enough space as well! I loved they had shower gel, shampoo and even hand/body cream from Rituals, they smelled really nice, so you don't need to worry abount bringing those in; - Bathroom was perfect and spacious as well; - Staff were nice; - Pool - Was amazing. Even though there were a few people at the pool, it did not feel crowded. The water in the pool was really nice and we also overheard people saying how nice the water felt (like with no chlorine feel to it); - Hotel is minutes away from restaurants and the centre os Serpa, so many places are within walkig distance; - Elevator - This hotel is very disabled-friendly because people in wheelchairs, for example, can access all areas of the hotel including the 1st floor :) so it was a very positive point for this hotel as well! Me and my friends really enjoyed our stary here and we would recommend it in a blink of an eye!

Allt var perfekt - rummet var bekvämt och rent. Fantastisk dusch och jättebra säng. Fanns också ett fint gym med utsikt över Alentejos vackra gröna landskap. Maten i restaurangen var också helt fantastisk, något av det godaste jag ätit. Hotellet ligger perfekt, mellan tågstationen, busstationen och Évora historiska stadskärna. Alltså gångavstånd till allt. Personalen på hotellet är också proffsiga och supertrevliga. Kommer tillbaka hit så snart jag kan igen.

What a delightful experience! The breakfast spread was both delicious and diverse, offering something for everyone. The highlight, of course, was the stunning beach - simply paradise. The path to the beach was a welcome shortcut, leading to a breathtaking beach that our family adored. Our kids had a blast at the pools, and there were plenty of free activities for them to enjoy. The shorter path to the beach added convenience to our stay, and we couldn't have asked for a better time. The ferry trip and dolphin watching were unforgettable. Despite some minor hiccups, we'd definitely return! There was even a foam party!!

Herdade Do Sobroso is an absolutely magical place. Nestled in the vineyards, it’s an idyllic and peaceful location for rest and relaxation. Gorgeous place in the middle of the nature. Rooms are spacious, clean and with great views to the green areas around. Employees were kind, dinner in place was great! They even have bikes that you can use 😊 would love to repeat
