We stayed for 3 nights on an All-Inclusive rate (which I guess that's the only rate they have) and everything was exceptional. The staff is super friendly and professional, and attended very carefully to every request. The food is amazing, and they have five restaurants (Main, Italian, Asian, Seafood, and Oriental), and during the day there is also the pool and beach restaurants. Since all is inclusive, so all you have to do is choose the cuisine you want, and go eat ... and they are delicious. The rooms every spacious, we stayed the first two nights in a regular room (it's not that regular, it's 70m big!) and our last night we switched to a room with private pool! The rooms have everything, and are very well maintained (the private pool room had a Jacuzzi in it). The hotel has a huge pool, but it's direct beach is mostly corals, and one has to walk to its neighbouring hotel (Steigenberger Coraya) to access a sandy beach ... it's a 500m walk but it's a nice one. The spa is all included in their all inclusive, so you can enjoy the sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room, but massages are for additional fees. We really enjoyed our stay there and we will definitly visit it again

Facing the beachfront, Jaz Maraya Resort offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and bar. The location was only surpassed by the quality, style, cleanliness of the wonderful hotel, and by the incredible hospitality experienced throughout our stay. Special thanks to the Restaurant Staff and Manager Tamir, which made sure our fond memories of this place could also be remembered by taste, their attention to details and unending ability to surprise us with ever new flavours left us speechless and wanting to return!

We definitely love this property, in following ways: The hotel is quite big, it has beautiful swimming pools and each living block has its own swimming pool. Everything is clean and well managed. You can swim for about 5 to 10 minutes and reach the coral reef simply from the hotel’s private beach. That’s an activity I recommend every guest to have a try. The stuff are great. We received a warm welcome with welcome drinks as we arrived. Then to our surprise, they kindly upgraded our room. The stuff in front desk, room service team, restaurant, among the beach or swimming pool, all of them work to their best to make guests happy. Oh, btw, we tried 2 restaurants and the main buffet restaurant, food is good. This stay is definitely above our expectations.
